Express shipping per order: $30.00usd (does not apply to APO addresses)

Note: Orders placed after 12 noon EST, add one extra business day for delivery. Also items with customization may require a longer turnaround time.
No taxes will be applied for any orders within the United States.
Please note: There is no expedited or express delivery to APO addresses. Parcels are sent by Insured mail, us postal service, delivery can take up to 1 month depending on location. If there is an alternate address you would like the parcel sent to, please let us know.
All Canadian orders are mailed directly from our Montreal, Canada office. No duty fees will apply.
Canadian Sales tax is applicable to all Canadian orders: GST 6% (+ QST 7.5% for Quebec), HST 14% for New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Labrador and Newfoundland, and also GST (6%) for other Canadian provinces.
Residents of Europe, Australia or other International countries
Regular shipping per order: $20.00usd
Express shipping to Europe and Australia, per order: $50.00-$90.00usd
Shipping to other International countries, per order: $90.00-$125.00usd. To find out if we send to your country and at what price, email us with your complete shipping address in our "contact us" section.(Include the approximate total for the order.)
There may be additional duty or vat fees charged by your country's customs, fee will depend on the country. To find out more info, contact your local customs office.
Sending to remote destinations may have additional shipping costs added.
International orders; credit card verification may delay the confirmation of your order. Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry may require further information to process the order. (A copy or your CC statement, showing your name, address and last 4 digits or your CC). You will be notified by email.
Fabrication and shipping times for European and Internationl orders
The average delivery time for Europe is 10 business days.
The order confirmation is sent by email (by phone or fax if no available email address) on the business day following the order, sent from Sales - Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry. If you do not receive the confirmation by the end of the following day, check in your Junk Mail folder, sometimes the order confirmation will be directed there. Please contact us if you do not receive the email confirmation.
Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry sends orders either with Federal Express, the U.S. Postal Service's Express Mail, DHL (Express or Ground) , Canada Post or Registered International mail. Before signing for your package, please ensure that it is not ruptured or damaged. Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry cannot be held responsible for theft or loss once you have signed for your package.
Please double check delivery address on order form and in email order confirmation. A $15.00-$20.00usd service fee is charged for items that require reshipment due to address error.
Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry can refuse international orders if shipping to particular destination is problematic or unreliable, in which case we will notify client immediately.
