A return form MUST be included with any item being sent back to Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry.
Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry – Returns Policy, please read carefully
The appropriate return form must be included with any item being sent back to Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry.
The maximum delay for returning an item for refund in its original condition is 30 days from date of shipment.
Rings for resize can be sent back at any time. Resized items can not be returned for refund.
Email Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry when a product is being returned, include the parcel tracking number and shipping method in the email.
Customers should insure their return parcel. No written reference to jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury related words should appear on the parcel. Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry can not be held responsible for return shipping fees.
Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry does not cover any duty or vat fees charged by customs on returned parcels.
DO NOT mail items back in standard paper envelopes; they will be returned to you due to insufficient postage or lost. Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry can not be held responsible for items lost in the mail, due to customer’s improper shipping methods.
Avalon Diamonds & Jewelry will not cover any loss or theft in the mail.

Avalon Diamonds & jewelry will fully refund precious metal rings in their original condition up to 30 days from the original date of shipment, except shipping fees.
Include all original packaging. If you purchased a diamond with certificate, ensure the certificate is included in the return with the ring. Failure to include the diamond certificate will result in a penalty fee of $200usd.
Gems (Diamonds, sapphires, rubies, etc...) that need to be specially ordered through one of our suppliers, will be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Clients assume shipping costs of returns, except if the return is due to an error on Avalon diamonds & jewelry’s part, in which case return shipping costs are reimbursed. Refunds will only be issued after returned item has been received and inspected by Avalon diamonds & jewelry.

CONDITIONS OF LIFETIME WARRANTY
If your Avalon diamonds & jewelry product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, Avalon diamonds & jewelry will repair such defect without charge for materials or labor. DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. Avalon diamonds & jewelry is not liable for lost or cracked stones, but in the event a stone happens to loosen or fall out, Avalon diamonds & jewelry will reset the stone at no extra cost.
On titanium and tungsten products:
Any product that presents noticeable deformation, dents or bending that might occur with normal wear will be repaired or replaced by Avalon diamonds & jewelry without charge for materials or labor.
In the event Avalon diamonds & jewelry determines that the product cannot be repaired, Avalon diamonds & jewelry will replace the product with either the same model, or one that is equivalent in the case of special styles, hand carved products or custom items.
This warranty is valid only when a new Avalon diamonds & jewelry product is purchased from Avalon diamonds & jewelry and is available to the original purchaser only. Please contact Avalon diamonds & jewelry directly if you have any questions regarding the Avalon diamonds & jewelry warranty.
OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
This warranty does NOT cover expenses incurred due to normal wear or a lack of proper care for Avalon diamonds & jewelry's line of products. Retain proof of purchase documents. You will be requested by Avalon diamonds & jewelry to provide proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service.
Notify Avalon diamonds & jewelry of any apparent defects promptly upon their discovery. DO NOT send your products to Avalon diamonds & jewelry without a return form. No collect shipments will be accepted.
